During
the summer months we offer an evening steak dinner ride.
The trail ride & meal lasts approximately three hours,
and we attempt to return to the Stables
area following the meal before dark.
The
meal consists of a 8-12 oz prime cut steak cooked over
our Summit firepit, cowboy beans, slaw, potato salad,
and dessert, along with coffee and a cold drink. Should
guests prefer a little wine with the prime steaks, it
is BYOB & folks may arrange to have the food truck
deliver their drinks.
